Hena’s journey from education to aesthetics is rooted in a lifelong devotion to transformation: not only of the skin, but of identity, confidence, and self-belief. For years, she shaped young minds as a respected teacher and leader, pouring compassion, guidance, and belief into every student she met. But beneath her success lived a quieter calling: the desire to build something personal, purposeful, and profoundly human.
NovaLx was born from that calling: a sanctuary where science, artistry, and emotional wellbeing coexist.
Drawing on her background in mentoring, her deep understanding of personal growth, and her own evolution as a woman, Hena created NovaLx to redefine what modern beauty means: intelligent, ethical, inclusive, and deeply individual.

Born in Canada to Pakistani parents and now practicing in the UK, Dr Aamna Sajid brings a rare blend of cultural depth, medical excellence, and heartfelt empathy to her role at NovaLx.
After completing medical school in 2021 and earning full GMC registration, Aamna discovered that her love for surgical technique and her naturally sociable, uplifting energy found their perfect expression in aesthetic medicine.
For her, aesthetics is more than a treatment: it is a relationship built on honesty, trust, and personalised care.
Guided by her commitment to safety and her belief that confidence begins with feeling understood, she takes the time to truly know each client: their concerns, their hopes, and the version of themselves they wish to step into.
